Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations.

• Lead integrations involving Oracle EBS Advanced Collections (IEX) and AR.

• Implement and support Telephony/CTI integrations, including click-to-dial, call logging, and Collector Workbench.

• Integrate Oracle EBS, telephony platforms, and third-party applications.

• Develop REST/SOAP APIs, web services, XML/XSLT, JSON, and FTP/SFTP integrations.

• Perform monitoring, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and performance optimization.

• Support Oracle EBS R12 customizations, interfaces, workflows, deployments, testing, and production support.
