Job Responsibilities

  • Support FGPP production as the technical focal point.

  • Troubleshoot complex production issues using triage, issue recreation, trace, GUI, and database analysis.

  • Handle L2 escalations and provide configuration-based solutions.

  • Analyze payment processing flows, traces, core FGPP tables/fields, XPath, object rules, Profile UDFs, and cache refresh.

  • Perform complex profiles, rules, and pre/post-rule configurations.

  • Determine configuration fixes versus L3 code fixes.

  • Provide root-cause analysis, workarounds, and customer-facing technical guidance.

  • Lead customer calls and communicate issues, status, and next steps.

  • Collaborate with L1/L2/L3, Advisors, PAS Leads, QA, and Product Management.
